We’ll explore the power of expression, which can become locked within at the throat chakra energetic point. Learn to unlock your voice with yoga breath practices, chanting and guided meditation. Open your channels of truthful expression through affirmation crafting and guided journal writing. Heal your throat chakra during a mini individual reiki session.
