This class is designed to foster the emotional connection between baby and parent/caregiver. A good sign that baby is ready for class (6-8 weeks and on) is when they are smiling and/or clearly recognizing faces. Class activities will include centering/grounding, poses focused on digestion, arm and leg movement, tummy time, high energy (bouncing/standing) poses, circle and community time, and will also include some movement for adults, ending with massage for baby, and a few quiet moments for rest and bonding. Class will be 45-60 minutes in length. Please bring a yoga mat, extra blanket for your baby to lie/sit on, and a small toy. Dress yourself comfortably for movement.
