Melt away stress while you build strength and flexibility at evening yoga with Elizabeth Lear, CYT. The six-week class series will feature postures, breath work and guided relaxation suitable for beginners and experienced students. Ages 16+. Bring a yoga mat and towel or blanket.

Meditation Room at The Silent Mind, next to Wellspring Studio (we may practice outdoors on the square as weather allows)
